Mustard Baked Chicken

Ingredients:

- Chicken breasts (sufficient for number of people)
- some variety of flavorful prepared mustard (like Dijon, Stone-Ground, Lemon-Zest, etc.)
- herbs - sage, thyme, rosemary, pepper (use your favorites)
- Bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Wash chicken, and pat dry. Slather mustard on chicken. Sprinkle with herbs (I usually use a dull knife to mix the herbs into the mustard). Sprinkle bread crumbs over mustarded area, adding enough to completely cover the mustard. I usually pat the crumbs into the mustard and continue adding until the mustard doesn't come through the layer of crumbs. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until completely cooked (if you are not using boneless breasts this may take longer).
